CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

The Mulberry Street UMC "Kidz for Christ" Children's ministry offers a safe, welcoming, & fun environment dedicated to helping our children experience and explore God's love through wonder and discovery, while building meaningful relationships with one another. Through weekly programming, special trips and activities, and [ONE OTHER], we are setting the foundations of a life-long love for God and for the Church through the building blocks of the fruits of the Spirit. We invite all children through 5th grade to come join in on the fun!

GODLY PLAY

Sundays during 11 am Worship in the Children's Wing on the 2nd floor

4K through 5th grade

Godly Play is our Children's Church programming for ages PreK - 5th grade. Children are invited to exit our Sanctuary Worship with the leader following the Children's Message with Ms. Elisa. Godly Play is a tool through which your children can express their innermost curiosity and feelings about God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, the church and more!

SUNDAY SCHOOL

9:45 am in the Children's Wing on the 2nd floor

4K through 5th grade

For Fall/Winter 2025, we are offering a Children's Sunday School class on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month, to coincide with our Youth Confirmation Class!

NURSERY

Sundays starting at 9:45 am in the Children's Wing on the 2nd floor

Infants through 3 years old

All of our nursery staff are certified in CPR, first aid, and Safe Sanctuaries trained.

LOTS OF FUN!

There are various opportunities for children to be engaged in specific Christ-centered curriculum throughout the year! Be on the lookout for Movie Nights, Retreats, Fall Festival, Easter Egg Hunt on Coleman Hill, Christmas Activities and VBS.
