The Heard Scholarship has a rolling application that pays out each semester and requires renewal each semester of enrollment.

Due to the increase in requests for the Heard scholarship, the following changes have been made to the application process:
The Heard Scholarship Fund provides scholarships for persons pursuing Methodist ministry, whether seminary or doctoral studies.
Applicants must fill out the online submission form and upload a registration bill or other enrollment verification document. Verification of Enrollment should be a document including the student's name, documentation verifying class enrollment or documentation of acceptance to the school the student plans to attend, and the total amount owed by the student. If you have multiple documents, please create a single document with multiple pages. This form must be completed each semester of enrollment.
