S3 Project Plan Form

This form should be filled out and submitted after the group's first annual retreat, where groups will work on developing their learning project plan. Only one Project Plan form is needed. It is expected that your group will discuss and be familiar with your answers below.

Note that the questions correspond to the discussions held during the Tuesday morning and afternoon project planning sessions. This is your forum to report on the content of those conversations. Your responses will be used to create accountability and offer support to your group, as well as to guide content for the big S3 retreat the following year.
